Air-Liner Tyre Insert Gravel (31-40mm)

The Air-Liner is a premium polymer insert that replaces part of the air volume in your tyre. This feature, along with its unique shape, creates a customizable system that enhances your ride performance. The Air-Liner eliminates the traditional trade-off between stability and grip, keeping your tyres stable, grippy, and controlled, even at low pressures. Upon impact, the channel's corner edges flex first and progressively transition to the thicker section as the tyre compresses.

This allows the tread to stay flexible, boosting traction without compromising impact resistance. The round cross-section shape mirrors the tyre's natural form, providing greater contact within the sidewalls of the tyre casing. This increases side-to-side tyre stability while keeping the tread soft and grippy, thus improving cornering, climbing, and braking performance.

You’ll still feel a connection through the contact patch, there’ll just be less static from gravel chatter – and less accumulated rider fatigue from that chatter filtering up through the seatpost and bar.

The Air-Liner Gravel’s profile reinforces the sidewall for stability while cornering, and it locks the tyre against the rim bead.
