The Anfim LUNA brings exceptional value for commercial espresso grinding with a newly developed 65mm hardened steel burr set and modern Italian build quality. Its 3.5 inch touchscreen offers an intuitive workflow and allows baristas to set up four programmable shots, each of which can be locked for different user groups. Usage data can also be viewed directly on screen for full operational awareness.

A double shot takes around 5 seconds and grind uniformity is consistently high. The spout is easy to remove and adjust for neat centred dosing, grind size changes are stepless and single hand operated.
